"Room a bit dark and wasnt aware it was an accessible room.had a nice bath last time, had a shower with grab rails and seat. Need more lighting in bedroom near mirror and a plug socket. Had to style hair stood on the bed to use mirror above headboard."

"Great location next to Piccadilly station, easy to the train and also local buses and trams. Modern hotel with everything in perfect working order. We had King room with sitting area on top floor, that was spacious and nice view of the city. Breakfast buffet was ample with eggs cooked 3 ways, other cooked items, yogurts, fruits, breads, cereals, pastries etc."

"The property is modern and will maintained, the gym was well equipped with latest apparatus including Bluetooth connectivity. The self serve breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished."
