The front door was difficult to lock sometimes. The exterior rear facia panels were filthy and moss growth showed it had not been cleaned for a long time compared to neighbouring beach houses. (Photographic evidence is available of the facia but cannot be attached due to limitations of the feedback system). The owner was indifferent when advised of the rear facia. He demonstrated very poor customer care relations with his dismissive response. The Freshwater East holiday village is generally good, just don’t stay in 218 beach house.
