They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. "Owners were pleasant. We were surprised to be meet with we hadn't booked in our dog and needed to pay an extra £45 in cash for our dog. Then requested to pay an extra £8.50 cash each if we wanted breakfast. As far as we were aware we had paid for B&B and booked our dog in. Breakfast was an ok basket delivered to our room. Good parking on site, although better lighting on the drive would have helped when going out with our dog at night."

"We booked 3 nights at Lovesgrove to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The owners and staff made us most welcome from the start. Our bedroom was huge with a large comfortable bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a powerful walk-in shower. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked and served up by the ever-cheerful Debbie. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary card and surprise that we discovered when returning to our room. In short, a lovely stay so thank you, John and Jemma. PS The 3 young alpacas were delightful and approachable especially when feeding them their pellets!"
