"Great location within walking distance of a beach, property was clean, tidy and spacious. WiFi worked well and parking was available just outside the property. Bedding, towels and kitchen utensils provided. We had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely stay in Swanbrook again."

"Location was very nice, but the place wasnt cleaned properly. Dirty, dusty floors, old food in cupboards, dirty towels in the washing basket. Kitchen was dirty with mark all over and dishes and cups were not great, so had to wash them before using. Also fridge was off so taken ages to co down and some of our food went off. Not very happy. Another thing there was no wifi or connection so no way of contacting anyone so had to do with what we had but defo rip off for the state it was."
