Front desk employees are all excellent! Kudos to a dear housekeeper (Nancy) on the fourth floor!!!!! The restaurant servers and chef do a great job!

Amazing
AMAZING!! This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and spacious. We loved our view of the bay, the fireplace, the separate living room and the bathroom was so spacious! The people were so friendly and warm. Nancy, who cleaned our room, was the best. She reminded me of my mom, a warm and friendly caregiver who is so sweet! We will never stay anywhere else in Bar Harbor but The Bluenose Inn. Also, they have a fantastic musician who plays the grand piano every night, Bill Trowell. Love this Inn!

Amazing Find in Bar Harbor
What a great hotel!!! We had so much space, a balcony with a view, and our king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. We also had a fireplace which was awesome for getting cozy by after long days in Acadia, and a massage chair (!!!) which also came in handy after long hikes. The Great Room was so much fun to hang out in for drinks before bed, and had a wonderful pianist. Was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. 10/10 would stay there again.

The view was amazing. Love the piano bar. Water filler is a nice touch. Like the gift shop. Breakfast at the Looking glass was very good.

Would recommend
We stayed in room 347. The view was absolutely amazing. We had taken a walk and the trials were easy to see along with being well lit but not over doing it. Staff was very nice and through.

Do not go there....very lousy staff.... swimming pool not heated(inside) hot tub not functioning... advertising indicates restaurant on site....when actually you have to walk to a different business....road noise extremely loud cannot sit on balcony because of stink and noise of road car noise

Our room had beautiful views of the ocean and was very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to downtown Bar Harbor for meals and shopping. Wonderful stay!!

Great!!
Great location and had everything our family needed. Loved the pools and it was nice having a breakfast option on site. View was amazing although noisy since we were right over a busy road. Room was only cleaned/towels only delivered once during our 4 day stay. Overall it was great though for our family of 4 with 2 kids under 10
