"Communal stairs in need of a hoover , cups were all dirty inside and when we asked for another one for the third person that cup had all dried sugar in the bottom . The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was run down , wallpaper hanging off and trouble locking and unlocking the door . Games room had 3 things working and the rest broken. Didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t review on that . Bed was good. "

"Comfortable bed, great rainfall shower with good pressure, free toiletries. Location ideal next to lime Street station. Staff provided great customer service and breakfast was very tasty. "
