Just a shout out to the staff. Good service

The staff could not have done more, the food was amazing, the whole place was spotlessly clean, fridge in the room etc. The shower was the only very minor thing that let it down. We prefer a hand held one to a rose from the top… personal choice. We will certainly revisit when in the area. Great value… the pub/restaurant was LOVELY… a lot of thought has obviously gone into making it such a comfortable place to be. All the tables were spaced out well, with comfortable chairs…. This is a great Hotel in this part of England. Very easy to enjoy the slow pace , great bar and good food. Quiet and within easy reach of main roads. Highly Reicommended.

Lovely little property in a quiet village. All to a high standard and quirky. Only small issue was how warm the room was at night as it had been an extremely hot day.

I was looked after well. Great bed, great breakfast.

It was a first time stay in this beautiful hotel and we loved it, such friendly staff, room beautiful and breakfast delicious, definitely be back, ps so many pictures of my Great Grandfather Fred Archer to see as well so lovely bonus x

Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens.

The rooms ar very comfortable and very clean. The staff are vary amiable, breakfast was excellent. At the price I paid, I was delighted to stay here

I stayed in one of the Loft rooms which was very clean, comfortable and quite. Food was good with excellent service.

Really nice big room with Aircon which was invaluable. Big rolltop bath in the open bathroom, but it was too hot to take advantage of it. The breakfast was lovely as was dinner the previous evening. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the place very quirky My only complaint would be very little seating in the room except the bed.

Everything was perfect

A great location for Cambridge and the surrounding areas. I had a very early train to catch at the adjacent station the following morning and preferred to stay overnight rather than have to get up at 3am to travel from home. Ample parking immediately next door in the station carpark. Speedy check in. Room was super quiet and well provided for with tea/coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, etc. I skipped breakfast and didn’t eat there in the evening so cant comment on the food. Staff were...

A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended.
