Buffet breakfast was disappointing as the buffet was a mess from previous customers - had to ask for more bowls/plates and there were no more bread, pastries, cheeses, etc and the buffet itself was dirty. And this was at the 9 am time slot and there was still 30 min for customers to come and have breakfast. Mountain view was gorgeous. Only nearby shop was a coop grocer. Hallway carpets in reception area needed vacuuming, "
