"The rooms are spacious but with really basic furniture. Beds ok, bathroom definitely needing some renovation… the washbasin is really small and positioned at kids height ( probably this is a scouts lodging area..) , shower and the rest really in poor conditions. For a one night stay the location is ok , but it is definetely overpriced. Dinner was good but we had to wait 1.5 hour for a simple vegetable crumble…"

I was there with my partner and daughter for four nights and we ate outside, enjoyed the hot tub and used the private pier for our kayak and paddleboard on Loch Etive. Oban is only 15 minutes drive away through beautiful scenery. Would recommed staying here."
