Wie bei vielen Ferienhäusern, die von Agenturen (und nicht vom Eigentümer) geführt werden, hat uns einfach die Herzlichkeit, der Einsatz und die Verbundenheit zum Haus gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft haben wir eine schnelle Führung durch das Haus bekommen, aber das war's dann auch. Kommunikation mit der Agentur akzeptabel, sie haben uns geholfen, als wir ein Problem hatten, aber wir haben erst sehr spät die Infos zum...
