"Great base to explore the Peak District, Nice clean and well maintained property on a farm with a friendly peacock that comes to the back door each morning for breakfast. The farm owners gave us a warm welcome and some chocolate biscuits on arrival. We will definitely be booking again."

"Really great 4 night stay here for a work trip. Flat was lovely and clean other than whoever washed up last didn't do a great job as some of the plates were a bit dirty. Flat is in a perfect location with a supermarket a 10 second walk away and surrounded by restaurants. Also a 2 minute walk to some lovely gardens. Would definitely recommend."

"This cottage is damp and mould is present in all rooms except living room. Very, very basic cottage with decor reminiscent of the 1970s. Chipboard wallpaper and anaglypta everywhere which has been painted white so many times it is peeling and brittle. Cooker, fridge and washing machine all very rusted with the damp. "This was ideally placed in the middle of places I wanted to visit. They had thoughtfully put the heating on the bathroom as it had been a cool day and also food in the fridge. Cottage had everything that is needed and more. Will not hesitate to book again."

"We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."

"This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."
