"Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. "We love how great this hotel is - it's clean and modern and so close to the railway drop off for Manchester airport. No need to pay for a taxi you can walk from the train station to the hotel then it's only a few minutes walk to the walkways for the Manchester airport terminals. Very convenient and good value for money. We also enjoyed some wine and a lovely meal on our arrival. Impressed"

"Wonderful heritage hotel in central Machester, great location with nearby parking. Great breakfast options - was a busy sitting so we didn't realise there was a specialist egg chef available, but great selection of buffet hot and cold breakfast food & drink. Really lovely friendly helpful staff."

"The hotel was clean,fresh & modern looking with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds & pillows. Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Some sort of air conditioning or fan would be nice especially n the room during the hot summer days as it's difficult to get off to sleep in the heat.The staff are all helpful & very pleasant. The breakfast was nice too with plenty to choose from. All in all had a lovely 3 days stay to see my son.😃😃"
