From Kev at late night reception, to Eric always in a suit at breakfast, to Chloe at checkout, each understood our needs before we did. And their help is always with true authenticity and not just to get a tip. The location is great… nearby the lake in the center of the old part of town. The spa was amazing… from the service to the massage to the jacuzzi. The breakfast was a delight and the perfect way to start the day. Also Irene was so helpful as she messaged us on Whatsapp before we even arrived… and responded quickly… which was helpful to get a ride from and to the airport and for a late checkin. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you are in Hanoi…be sure to have some Vietnamese coffee and a Bahn Mi… and don’t miss the opportunity to stay at the unforgettable L’Hotel du Lac. "

"Booked this on our 3 week Asia tour. This staff will go above and Beyond to make you feel welcome and be helpful while you are in the area. This is a smaller boutique hotel and the rooms may be a bit smaller and some US hotels however I think we balcony rooms are exceptionally cute The Breakfast was included with a nice selection and they cute Tiffany’s boutique and they are more than happy to schedule transportation to and from the airport on your arrival and departure. As Travler would highly recommend this hotel conveniently located in the center of it all Hanoi Old City. "
