"The photography on the site are beautiful particularly the hall but the bedroom is less good looking. Not the same goodies on the two bedrooms. The hotel is on construction /works. The view at the window IS ont good. Look the photography. The hotel is not up to the task of four star hotel. The breakfast is not like a brunch of very good hotel. We are very disappointed. "

"What a fabulous hotel. They upgraded us to a two room suite with a tub and a shower. TV in bedroom, TV in living room. Huge towels. It is located steps away from the train station (Not the TGV) so after our journey from Toulouse, very quick walk to total comfort. We have a pool so don't use that and soaking in the tub and showering in the lovely bathroom was delightful. "

The location is also excellent: perfectly situated to explore Avignon on foot. However, our overall experience was unfortunately marred by a serious lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. We paid around €460 for the night, expecting a restful and high-end stay. Instead, on the morning of May 1st— a public holiday—we were woken up...
