"The pub was very nice, with friendly staff. The meal was also very good. The room was quite basic, but comfortable specially the bed. However the bathroom tiles around the sink, and inside the mirrored cupboard where not clean splatters of toothpaste from a previous guest maybe! The sink didn’t have a plug for it, and the tap was quite loose. Our room was also above the kitchen, so the noise from the extractor was quite loud, and obviously had cooking smells in the room. "The rooms on the property are tiny, they look bigger in the pictures! The rooms are dated & dirty. I'm not sure we were actually clean after getting showered. The floor was gritty under foot and there were other people's hair all over the bathroom floor. There were a lot of mixed messages as well. When booking its advised that you can check in from 3 but check in forms we received implied you can't check in before 5. Breakfast was another mix of messages with staff not being clear either....
