A great location, great staff

Another great stay thanks to Dougie and Becky, you are wonderful hosts. Enjoyed all meals in a great atmosphere, if you are looking to visit the area I highly recommend this as a great place to stay

Nice hotel, nice friendly staff....breakfast was plentiful & good. A couple of things.. The room was cold & the electric heater was manually adjustable took quite a while to heat the room up. Another thing we had twin beds...my single mattress was terrible....soon at you ley on it it squashed to half its size & made a terrible noise like all the springs were coming apart...& I'm not a heavy person....other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and very informative.

Booked for a couple of nights while visiting alton towers and found the place superb value. Food in restaurant good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Also didn't add breakfast at the time of booking and when we asked to add for the 2 days when checking in the receptionist added for no extra charge. Would definitely and will be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else visiting the area.

Fantastic stay and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed out little hideaway. This place is a hidden gem and we definitely will be back. Only downfalls are the fact that it isn't advertised so well as this property has huge potential, gym is a little on the small side and it most definitely could do with a onsite restaurant for gain revenue for the place to maximise the income but it didnt effect our stay as we had all the facilities we needed in our lodge and planned on going out anyhow.

Excellent breakfast!

We were looking for somewhere local to a wedding we were attending and this ticked the boxes. The room was adequate and beds were OK. We had a family room for myself and 14 yer old daughter. A double bed and a double sofa bed both of which were made up on arrival. The room was serviced on each of our 3 night stay towels were replaced regularly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that there was only a continental breakfast available but it was OK. We only booked...

I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..
