"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"Enjoyed our stay, there was a shortage of cutlery in the apartment. The noise from the bedroom upstairs in the other apartment was very loud, every time they move around you can hear them clearly which woke us a few times in the night."

The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good "

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment. "The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"I stayed in the farm for 3 nights with my partner. The Annexe has everything you need and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing gateway trip. Having breakfast in the garden was definitely a highlight! Arthur, the owner, came to greet us the first morning and was very kind. They also provided us with a Welcome letter which was very helpful when looking for places to eat. The only cons is that the bathroom is a bit tight, specially the shower - I'm a tall woman- but I'd definitely recommend this...

"This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. However the booking policies, which are not mentioned clearly on this site, put us off travelling back. The owner wants you to send them photographic ID for every person staying and will only take a deposit by bank transfer so wants your bank details to...

As per description, this is a small flat...makes a perfect base of operations if you plan to be out seeing the sights and don't need to worry about staying in / entertaining. I would definitely recommend to others."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "
