"Live this hotel, the view, the staff, how big it was and close to the park. In front of the station super convenient. Don’t get a taxi from there though because the hotel called in a taxi for us and told us it was going to be 4,000 yens and gave us a receipt but the taxi charged us almost 8,000 yens(on our way their). One taxi driver wanted to leave my parents in the middle of the road because that is were the 4,000 had marked, and kept insisting for them to get off even though my parents were like its okay we will pay the remaining just take us to the hotel ( on their way back)."

"The rooms were a bit outdated but we upgraded our room to a suite with a fantastic breath taking view of the harbor and city lights. The staff were amazing and friendly with excellent customer care. The highlight for me was the hot springs onsen and steam room after a long, tiring day and was opened until 1am which was perfect. The lowlight was guests have to pay an entrance fee. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with a high variety to choose from. The location was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel for all the amenities, wonderful customer service and fabulous views. The upgraded rooms were very large, spacious and just beautiful!!"
