Very pricey so definitely a once in a lifetime experience. ##### Traveling Trio ### 10/10 Excellent #### CHIA CHIEN 14 Feb 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 因該多住上幾天 非常有味道的飯店,所有的一切都非常棒,只是在英文的溝通上不是那麼容易.... ##### CHIA CHIEN ### 10/10 Excellent #### Sharon , Taiwan 15 Jan 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 很棒的度假飯店 這是一個非常好的小飯店 很貼心 讓客人覺得很被尊重 房間更棒 難以形容 下次到有馬溫泉 一定還會住這間 ##### Sharon ### 10/10 Excellent #### yu-chuan, 板橋 20 Apr 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 追求極致的日式風格 日本人都知道的頂級飯店，不是美式的富麗堂皇，在意的是入住的感受。一到門口表明入住後有五六名壯丁出來幫忙提行李(不是用推車喔)，直接到大廳前台旁的休息區奉上茶水及吃光光的精緻日式和菓子。隨後兩名人員蹲在你座位的旁邊來辦理入住手續。媽媽對於大廳的超大顆青蘋果塔有興趣，也能挑選較好的洗淨後送來。英文對話上可，態度笑容都無懈可擊(除了一名年紀稍長的人員笑容有點硬之外，哈。我太挑了)。 入住後，四人同住一間也覺得寬敞(打排球不成問題)，備品、拖鞋、浴衣皆按照入住備放。房間可以泡咖啡、泡茶、罐裝水都不是隨便的便宜貨。床的品質不錯也超大。浴室與廁所都乾濕分離，浴室有溫泉還有蒸氣室。 晚餐包廂不算大，到也寬敞。三人服務的恰到好處，有者日式的嚴肅風格或者法式的正式應對，面對美式的玩笑也能應對自如，服務人員值得加分。餐點是日本人覺得高級的法式料理，討厭法式分子料理同伴們對此晚餐也讚不絕口。過程中豪華舒適的晚餐絕對值得一試。毫不打擾的服務也不用分心招呼，絕對掩蓋英文不夠流利的小缺點(太流利我也聽不懂@@)。用餐完畢也不趕人讓我們恰如其分的休息享受餐後的餘韻。 過程中只要經過餐廳包廂迴廊，人員看到階會注意是否需要服務，就連維修打掃的老伯看到你也是點頭微笑讓你先過，時在沒話說。(神奇的冰塊在暖氣房可以撐8小時還有完整冰塊可用，驚訝) 餐後坐在中庭吹風，聽到白天的鳥叫、晚上的蟲鳴，有如交響曲的彼此爭鋒，可見環境的乾淨與整潔。 (真要挑缺點，澡堂的抽水機實在大聲，澡堂大小及整理儀容的備品足夠但不完備) 西式早餐也讓同伴滿意的無話可說，舒服、乾淨、適當的用餐環境及光線~七十多歲的長輩、五十歲挑食的同伴、挑嘴的另一半都覺得非常完美的一滴不剩。 離老街有一小段無妨的距離，到也清靜。 以這個等級來說，此價格已不是講求CP值的條件。追求最好的感受不是金錢可以比擬的。 ##### yu-chuan ##
