The rooms are on the small side as are the beds, we had a room for 3 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty available. If Miles is on reception you’ll be well looked after. He explained all about the Quays and shopping and dining options and really knows his stuff. It makes it easier to shop till you drop knowing the hotel is easily accessible"
