"We enjoyed our stay as it is on the terminal next to train station. We found location convenient especially arriving 1 am and train next day. First class amnesties as you expect from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. Recommended."

"Nice hotel within walking distance of the train station and town centre. Large room..which would benefit from a set of drawers though! Shower pressure wasn't great but overall we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice but no pastries etc...if you didn't want a cooked one there wasn't much else. Good value...quiet location....we were glad not to be in the city centre on a Saturday night! Pool was lovely after a day of shopping."

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."

"Hotel is in the heart of Manchester city centre, a stones throw away from Manchester Piccadilly train station (with a direct link to Manchester Airport). Room itself is fine, but as usual with Malmaison hotels, it is rather dark."

"Stunning hotel and spa but I feel the rooms do let it down and don’t match at all. Breakfast was incredible but expensive. Sadly only got offered 50% off an upgrade when the hotel was empty. Glass table in room was very scratched and decor just boring if I’m honest. Bathroom - shower door didn’t go to the floor so made bathroom floor very wet and dangerous. Shower was okay and toiletries felt watered down. Staff were as helpful as they could have been. Allowed to drop bags off outside hotel but nearest NCP is £33 for 24 hours. Was very lucky to find a space on the road next to hotel but only 5 spaces. Card for the room stopped working twice also."

"As always, the clock tower is very clean, the staff is unbelievable and super helpful, the hotel is stunning, the breakfast is definitely the best I’ve had in the UK, and the location is very central. We actually walked from the Piccadilly train station to the hotel, no issues."

"Receptionist refused to hand over key cards to my 2 daughters even after i checked in online. Made the stay negative from the 1st minute they stepped into the hotel. When they say they treat everyone as an adult over the age of 15 is a lie. A 17 and 19 year old was not allowed to check in until I sent my photo ID in an email. Follow up messages to my daughters were about quality of sleep. Very poor due to substandard pillows."
