Our room was pleasant and well-appointed with everything a traveler would need. The onsen (hot bathing spa) was lovely—relaxing, impeccable and quiet. We didn’t use the laundry, but it was wonderful for the folks that did. They could easily wait in the lounge in their kataka (summer casual kimono-style spa wear) that The Blossom provided fresh and pressed each day of our stay. This was a boon! It was like having a spa membership as part of our hotel package.
