The apartment is located in the Albigny neighbourhood. A neighbourhood with both a village atmosphere and yet very lively.

You will also find all the local shops: two bakeries (including Pan et Gato above the apartment, probably the best in Annecy! Butcher, The cheesemonger La Crèmerie du Lac recommended for its raclette cheese, Casino convenience store and Bio convenience store, a florist and a pharmacy.

For restaurants: L'impérial Palace, the Majestic, a creperie, a wine bar and also the Oxo which transforms into a nightclub in the evening.



2 minutes' walk from the lake, Albigny beach. You will find bike rentals, mini golf and ice cream vendors.
