"The host was excellent very nice extremely helpful if you needed the amenities were nothing I have seen before. We have been traveling to Florida and staying at places all over for probably 14 years and this is the only place that really had the amenities and made you feel welcome we stayed at places with heated pools but well if the weather wasn’t good it wasn’t heated not this place. They said heated pool. We were unfortunately there when the temperatures dropped to the low 50s and he kept the pool heated into the 80s, which was great. We had a brief power outage while we were there but I wasn’t worried about it at all, but as soon as the power went out, the host texted us right away reminded us where lights were lanterns, flashlights the tentativeness of the host is remarkable."

"This is our second time staying in this cottage, and it won’t be our last. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Plus, they had the room ready 3 hours before “check in time”. The weather cooperated given this was a late January visit and we got to spend 6 sunny days on the beach. "

"Great location overlooking the bay. The outdoor chaise lounges had mildew on them.Fry pans could use a refresh. Beach chairs would have been nice to have.Otherwise a good house"

"Kitchen was stocked with all utensils. Property had travel cleaning products and bathroom toiletries as well. Right on Pine Ave, and very walkable to shops/restaurants. Also directly in front of a trolley stop which is very helpful. Would most definitely stay here again, and highly recommend! "
