"Great spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. "Loved our stay here.House has everything we needed - and the wood fire made our stay so much more comfortable and luxurious. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meals. Bathroom was large and clean - with a great shower! Beds were comfortable. Fully fenced back yard meant no worries about our dogs - and the dog door was an unexpected bonus! All in all and amazing stay - look forward to going back!"
"Had to pick up key from a office no lock box then drop it back to the office very inconvenient Rubbish bins were so full No hand towels Two rolls of toilet paper for two nights and seven people not good The dinning table is glass just a little dangerous 1 tea towel So on top of bring linen and food we had to go get toilet paper a hand towel and a tea towel Maybe should have told us we need to bring toilet paper Thank you for your time "

"We had an amazing stay at Soulhaven. The home is so airy. Plenty of light. The view upstairs from both inside and on the balcony of the trees is so peaceful. The amenities left by the host goes above and beyond. Location excellent. Able to have our little Jack Russell Bob holiday with us was peace of mind with the backyard secure for him.
