Spotlessly clean with super comfy bed and pillows. Bath sheets ! Decor is a little dated but it's in good condition and comfortable with everything you need and in a great location right opposite the river and the walking track

Stayed in room 10. The carpet needs to be replaced, was absolutely filthy. I don't think a shampoo would help. Ensuite decor is from the 70's to 80's, seriously needs an update. Must say it was quiet though.

Great location close to everything.

Hotel in great location close to shops, restaurants and beach. Room has been updated but bathrooms are still original but clean. Bathroom could do with some towel hooks and a small table to put items on as there is no bench space. Otherwise fine. Our room was quiet, away from the road. Great Palm Springs style gardens. Lovely staff too.

We had to make arrangements for a late arrival and that went smoothly. The room was clean and actually had dishes, silverware and toaster (you never see this in a USA hotel). That made it perfect to fix a light meal in our room. Its next door to a convenience store so getting fuel, ice and snacks for the road was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
