Party of 3 adults, in early March 2016. Most of the Positano hoteliers must be elsewhere (ie, shut down in the low season), yet the Best Western-owned HP (Hotel Positea was apparently the original name) struts it's stuff. Accommodating and attentive staff, an orientation to cleanliness, and exquisite location near two of the 5 open restaurants we saw (Mediterraneo, Saracen d'Oro) make this a plus. So, too, the in-room configuration and amenities (First floor...or is that the second???). One can argue endlessly whether a particular breakfast item was stomach-worthy (eggs come in for lots of criticism among hotels, it seems), but as this is a very well-priced hotel, results met or exceeded our expectations all around. I WOULD suggest they update their front desk mapping instructions...ball-point pens on woefully inadequate maps and the employment of "Kentucky Windage" should be a thing of the past. Perhaps they never heard of Kentucky...
Net net: wonderful time at the Art Hotel Positea!
