Currently, our private hot tub is under maintenance but guests can still indulge in our Michael Phelps swim spa strategically located between this property and the Sunnyday Cottage next door, ensuring utmost privacy. We request a minimum stay of 3-6 nights for bookings made over a weekend that are more than 3 months in advance, and 2-3 nights if it\`s less than 2 months away. Single-night stays during the peak season are confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Immerse yourself in an array of outdoor activities such as fishing by the dock, kayaking, row boating, yard games like volleyball and basketball, or taking on the house escape challenge. There\`s no room for dull moments here. Our spa pool, recently supplemented by a second one by the yard game area, is heated and accessible all year round. The waterfront fun is enhanced by the addition of a generously equipped game room boasting a pool table, foosball, and ping pong table - promising endless entertainment. Unfortunately, the game room, fondly referred to as our man cave garage, is undergoing improvements, to make your future stays even more enjoyable. Our location, tucked at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and surrounded by wilderness, is the perfect setting for unwinding. The waterfront location provides easy access to the lake, adorned with facilities such as a patio deck, picnic table, grill and a dock. Boat rentals are readily available upon request. Conveniently positioned near the airport, our cottage ensures a smooth journey to and from your home. Our proximity to Grand Rapids invites guests to explore the lively downtown area, with a friendly shuttle service readily available at just $15 per person (minimum of 6 people). We operate on a secure access code system which will be given once the group size is confirmed and the cleaning fee is paid. Booking & Compliance \* Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 3 days of booking. If not signed, payment/check-in constitutes acceptance of all terms. \* Identification: A valid government-issued ID must be submitted via the platform before check-in. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without a refund. \* Occupancy: All guests and visitors staying past 9:00 PM are considered overnight guests. \* Fees: $25 per person/night plus a one-time $20 preparation fee per person. \* Open-Door Policy: Final guest counts must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure accurate billing. 2\.
