"We were given one key - placed in a slot to keep electrics on: Fine, until one of us wanted to leave and return to the room. The room was lovely and the bathroom spacious. However, it was cold and the heater inoperative. I slept with socks on too. The towel rail was nice and hot.
The ceiling light at the door didn't work and bedside lights shaded and so far from bed that reading not at all easy.
In the morning the room was cold and the towel rail also. Neither was operable by me.
