"This was my 4th stay at Rioca Posto 2 and it continues to be my number one choice whenever I’m in Vienna. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent with easy access to transport links around the city. The rooms are a great size and very well equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, which makes longer stays especially convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and even the soap smelled amazing. I also really enjoy the unique Brazilian theme throughout the hotel — it gives the place a fun and vibrant atmosphere that stands out from typical hotels. Overall, another great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna."

"The Citadines Danube has spacious and well-decorated rooms, and it's only two stops from the VIC (conference centre), and on a direct metro line into the centre. Citadines is basically an apart-hotel, so there's also a kitchenette. Three things: the studio and executive studio are basically the same except that executive studio is on a higher floor, has a coffee machine, and costs more. Second, the hotel only cleans room once a week. You want it cleaned more than that, you pay about 25 euros, which I think is ludicrous as the trash def needs to be taken out more than once a week if you're using the kitchenette. Third, reception could not be less interested in guests coming in. They weren't unfriendly, just very disinterested. Maybe that's because there are a lot of flight crews in the hotel and so they are used to people coming in for a night or for very short days. So, if you're coming in for a conference and hotels closer to the VIC are full, and you're happy to have a very anonymous experience, this hotel is fine. If you want a friendlier hotel with more amenities, I'd choose elsewhere."

"No frills business hotel very close to the VIC. Great views of the Danube and easy transit access to the historic center and the airport bus. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not cheap but the staff is great. If you’re arriving by taxi, you must go to the Melia hotel for drop off and walk over (easy) there’s no place to drive up. I ended up in a car par underneath the hotel at 10pm—not dangerous but also not fun after a long flight. "

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. "I booked 3 rooms for 4 travellers and got an very strange email with just one link to online check in for just one room and 2 of the travellers I called the hotel but got no answer other then I had 1 room and had checked in there successfully and I sent a massage to the hotel via Hotels.com massages and no one answered so on the day of traveling I was not sure I had got the booking I paid for and then on arrival the 2 rooms that was not in the online check in was much better than the one I got with the online booking so not happy at all"

"This is a low-budget hotel right next to a large amusement park that runs to 1 a.m., 7 days a week. It is loud with people screaming on rides and lots of flashing lights. There were no amenities in the room (no water boiler, no closet, and only liquid hand soap). The days were in the high 20's C, the room was stifling hot, and the air conditioner did not work. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that the management had decided not to turn on the air conditioning in the building, apparently to save money. The bed was hard as a rock."

"The rooms were neat, spacious and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery to make a quick meal. There is a grocery store right next to this hotel. We had opted for breakfast on all the days we stayed and it was so yummy with so many options. The staff and the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Staff were very friendly. Convenient location next to Metro. The room was just ok. It was very warm in the room despite it being cool outside. The A/C did not seem to work. The shower is tiny. Very little storage space for your clothes/belongings so if you like to unpack, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Some minor cleanliness issues - glasses not clean, stains on carpet. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't return for a longer stay."
