"Where do I start the lodge was immaculate and was exactly what I was after, it was perfect had everything you could need/think of, the host was lovely and really helpful upon arrival and the location was quiet and beautiful with the surrounding lakes and the landscapes can not recommend enough and more than worth the money will 100 percent be staying with them again. "Great value, well placed to visit Cumbria. Comfy clean lodge, but we didn't need to use the log burner so cannot comment on that. Well-equipped with kitchen equipment and towels, big bathrooms and comfortable seating, I would recommend this lodge."
