Our booking listed hot tub as one of the facilities and we were expecting one. We booked a hot tub stay and Vrbo only paid for a standard lodge. I have and email from Hoseasons to say that the property was miss sold. Me and my family members, who all stay in different parts of the UK, were spilt up over 3 properties at completely different ends of the holiday park. We booked a lodge thay slept 8 because we wanted to stay together. My nephew came with his 6 month old baby, with no pram and was forced to carry the baby about the park. Because of the false booking we had to wait two hours at reception before we were allocated accommodation with kids and an infant.
