At check in we were welcomed by Joana who was so helpful and recommended places to see. We stayed in room 303, which is one of the external rooms overlooking the pool and you can even see the sea in the distance. Roll had a big balcony. Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

What a find! Wonderful hotel. Short taxi/Uber ride from airport. Walking distance to train station, bus station, old town, marina and although a little further, a shopping centre. Lovely outdoor area. Free coffee. Samsung TV with mirroring. Great shower in bathroom. Basic kitchen. Balcony. Air con. Comfy bed. Very clean and modern. We will be back.

We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. The main building where we stayed is very well maintained and the cleaning is top rate. The hotel staff can not do enough for you and make your stay a very pleasant and relaxing break. The breakfast has something for everyone and is very fresh and replenished throughout the breakfast service between 08.00 and 11.00 am. A fantastic and spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed here for a week at the start of March. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, which meant the rooftop bar and pool area was closed for the first couple of days. Despite the weather, Olhao is a lovely little town with enough bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Loved the hotel! Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful. Location was great for beaches and walks. We enjoyed the 15 min walk to old town.

The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, full of character and has been lovingly renovated. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also very dog friendly which is great for us as we were visiting with our small jack russell.

The hotel was exactly as it appeared in the advertising and didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was beautifully appointed and clean.
