peaceful comfortable rather dark room.8 euros for rather mediocre breakfast that we thought was included just felt a little soulless.beautiful walks nearby and ok for our two night stay.

In the middle of orange trees, very quiet property with a great breakfast: treats are prepared every day. The two ladies serve you with big smiles. A gem On the outskirts of Portimao going to Lagos on the right side there is a small road before a restaurant that brings you to a piece of heaven

Peaceful setting with lovely views, good location for hill walking.

The property itself is very tranquil and serene, and the staff add to this ambience by their warmth and care. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

We were very happy at Quinta, had a nice house, well equipped kitchen, good bed upstairs, well working aircon, very nice, helpful staff, Sonja, Margerita, Pedro wonderful dedicated people, some dogs (the sausage came every time we cooked and waited paytiently for a snack, some of the cats were rather ...

This is an excellent place to relax yet only a few minutes from the centre of Tavira. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, breakfast was tasty and the staff engaging. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We've just spent three weeks at this property, the CHESTNUT HOMESTEAD, in portuguese, A HERDADE DOS CASTANHEIROS. It was just a fantastic stay. FERNANDO and his daughter ANA were perfect hosts, very friendly, telling us about Portugal, and giving us advice about food, beaches, etc...The apartment ...

Jorge is a very attentive host and the apartment was perfect - spacious and in the middle of an orange orchard. Ideal location for exploring eastern Algarve and with space for kids to run around and relax. Would highly recommend and will be back to stay again.
