"The room was okay for a short stay and mainly good for resting/sleeping. The washroom had a slightly stuffy, damp smell, which made it feel less fresh than expected. I also noticed some dust around the bedside table area. Staff was decent overall, but the room could benefit from better cleaning and ventilation."

"The late night staff was very much distasteful, atmosphere was a bit hostile not helpful. The staff just stares at you as you pass by, it was giving the gross sisters from the proud family non expressive low vibrational. Day time staff was a bit chirpier. The view was alright, I only chose to stay here because tik tok made it look worth it but id rather spend the extra elsewhere."

"Staff was very friendly and we were able to get an early check-in along with a free upgrade from a city view to a river view. Room was neat and had a gorgeous river view. It was also in a great location making it easy to walk around and see everything. It was also right across the street from the riverwalk. Overall, great experience and would stay here again."
