"Pretty good hotel and clean rooms. Short distance to a shopping mall and other restaurants. Only thing to highlight is that toilets are seated pretty high 😀 i am 174cm tall and barely touched the ground.. ha … overall pretty clean hotel and highly recommended."

"Staff was very accommodating and interested in finding solutions ( as opposed to the usual - sorry, it’s not my job attitude). Dealing with flight delays and other problems, our arrival was after midnight. Although it was outside of the check in window, someone was waiting for us. Parking lot was full but the staff realized the late hour and made arrangements to provide a spot. After a disaster of a travel day, it was a pleasure to arrive at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and just what we needed. Staff was pleasant in the morning at breakfast and everything work as promised - thank you Residence Hotel - fantastic experience ! "

"BEWARE - very limited supply of hot water. Just enough for two quick showers if you wash up with water from the kettle. We reported it at reception and they basically told us it was a feature of the hotel and we had to put up with it. Basic room, limited cooking utensils. Although bed comfortable we wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again"
