Everything was absolutely excellent. The room was large, luxurious, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel !!! The location is fantastic. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. The beach was beautiful and great for taking long wakls.The next time I visit Acapulco I will stay at the Fiesta Americana Resort.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish.

Everything was perfect, the food, the cleanliness, the staff. Just one small detail, the music in the nightclubs in the early morning is terrible!! We went there to relax, and we didn't manage to.

The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool.

Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. We got the Master suite which has 3 bedrooms and a shared living room and kitchen area. The suite was very spacious and clean. Everything looked remodeled and new. The view facing the pacific ocean was stunning! Overall, the room and amenities were great. The downside: the sales pitch. When you check in, you are assigned a greeter who gives you a β€œcomplimentary” breakfast, along with other gifts. What they don’t tell you is that in order to redeem any of those perks, you have to listen to a sales pitch to join their β€œPosadas” travel/hotel program. We felt obligated to listen to the pitch, and they are very aggressive about it. With that said, the hotel is great, but the deceit of the sales pitch dampens the experience. If you can look past that, then you’ll enjoy this hotel.
