Excellent hotel, fantastic food in all the restaurants. Spa is beautiful. But would say the pool in the top floor needs some attention. Staff very attentive. At reception they can boat the bus tours at a discounted rate. Also they made us a booking for a Flamenco show at Mueso de Flamenco which was a truly fantastic experience.

The perfect place to stay in Seville. An oasis of calm after a busy day of sightseeing in the city. 15 minute walk to all the main sights. Hotel staff were so helpful, recommending places to see and suggesting best restaurants for dinner. Would definitely return!

What a hotel ... excellent location for exoring the historical centre, stylish, comfortable, the best breakfast experience we've ever had (thank you Jorge), amazing rooftop bar with buzzing vibe and incredible views and a warm and welcoming team. High quality modern hotel. Spotlessly clean. Extremely professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast including reliable advice and choices for coeliacs and milk allergy. Great central location, the only problem being some street noise at night which disturbed my sleep (but I'm a very light sleeper, others may not find this an issue!) Highly recommended nonetheless.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Stunningly designed with beautiful courtyards and a fabulous roof top terrace, The staff could not have been more friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed lovely pre dinner drinks in the bar and breakfasts were excellent. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Lovey hotel. Great for families. Nice swimming pool with indoor and outdoor sections and great morning breakfast. Very spacious hotel. It is massive and you won’t feel crowded at all. The hotel is a distance away from the tourist areas of the Cathedral, Santa Cruz and Alcázar so you have to take a taxi. We used Uber a lot and it was very cheap. A one way trip for family of 4 to the centre no more than 7 euros so we used it a lot. Would stay again.
