    "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

    "Mostly the bathroom structural issues in room 441: Shower spray water leaking out to the outside floor due to the poor sealing of the glass door at its bottom. Toilet seat laid out structurely too close to the side of the sink making you sit on it at an uncomfortable angle. Towel rack on the bath tub end is way up/too high to be easily reached, or hanged back on. The bath tub end/entering side is inherently designed curved by its manufacturer making it dangerously slippery/going downhill,..."
