    We had a great stay! The hotel is large and very shiny and the staff were very friendly, and pleased to see people given the current crisis. It all felt very safe: rooms well cleaned, lots of sanitiser, masks to be worn inside and while moving around etc. The room was lovely and the pool area is fantastic. We used the gym a couple of times too, and that was good also. The resort it's in was pretty dead but you didn't really need to go into town: the beach nearby was lovely and there are a couple of excellent beach restaurants there (Aiyanna was especially good - book ahead). We ate one night at the flagship hotel restaurant too (Etxeco) and it was extremely good.…

    We stayed at the hotel the first day it opened after the covid 19. The place wasn't quite into full flow, the restaurant was fully open and the stunning pool wasn't fully filled with water. But we still had a great time in a beautiful hotel. Room was lovely and staff were really friendly. …

    Visited from the UK as soon as the travel ban was lifted. The hotel exceeded all expectations. Facilities: amazing restaurant, stunning rooftop bar with infinity pool, compact gym. Room: opted for the premium loft. Minimalistic modern design with plenty of space, including balcony with sea view. Service: staff went over above regardless of the request. Restaurant recommendations, booking rental car within an hour, beach and sightseeing proposals. I couldn't recommend it enough, as it's the first time I felt truly welcome in Ibiza, surrounded by kind, happy & humble people…

    This hotel is very close, 5-7 minutes ride to airport by taxi which maximizes your stay in Ibiza. It offers buffet menu 3xday in main restaurants and several ala carte restaurants which require prior table reservations. Due to COVID-19, this reservations were restricted as same day only, so long queues were reality every morning starting at 7am in front of Guest Services counter. I think this was handled badly. Otherwise stay was unremarkable with staff have a good command of english language.…
