I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. Amazing experience. Fantastic staff and customer service, very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Cream tea was freshly prepared and scones still warm. Room was amazing with a beautiful lake view. Homemade shortbread in the room was a lovely touch. Breakfast was also amazing, lovely fry-up with good quality ingredients. Brilliant experience all round, we will definitely be staying again.

Lovely hotel, really welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as its the quieter end of town, but a easy walk to the yram stop round the corner. Loved it and will definitely be back.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

I stayed in the annex luxury apartments which are fantastic. Amazing comfortable king size bed. Luxury bathroom and living area - like a suite set up. Two large TVs and kitchen - the sort of place you would buy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a really enjoyable stay! The hotel staff went over and above to help us and give great service. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean, huge bathrooms and seriously comfy beds.

Beautifully presented hotel in a peaceful and scenic location. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and spotless. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and everything we had was delicious, although it is a little bit restricting only being able to have breakfast between 8.30 and 9.15. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening but there are two pubs within easy walking distance to eat and drink at. It's a great location for exploring Windermere and Coniston and there are some lovely walks...

Fantastic on all accounts !! Location, food, service .. quality of hotel made our weekend away fantastic on all accounts would recommend again and again .. saw one review that complained about a slow toaster !! Well really !! This place is a gem right in the centre of Windermere ... this would be my first choice again on a visit ... many thanks to all the staff ..

The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.

Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed.

Lovely comfy bed, nice breakfast. Room facilities were great and rooms were beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again.
