"Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). "We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was relatively clean, staff were polite and it had an amazing sea view. The hotel was let down massively by poor maintenance, many facilities such as pool waterfalls, outdoor jacuzzi, steam room, lift to the beach were not working. The shower in our bedroom was leaking so every time we used the shower the entire bathroom floor would flood with water. The breakfast was not bad but definitely not what you would expect from a "five star", I've been to...

"My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!"
