This hotel is so close to the airport and staff are extremely helpful. Excellent choice if you are getting in late or have an early plane in the morning.

Liberty is a beautiful place for families, my 2 kids ages 10 & 13yrs old had so much fun, entertainment team was great ! Night shows were always different which was a good way to keep our nights busy. Water slides were heaps fun too for kids and adults. Food buffet was good, I wouldn't say amazing but still pretty good options for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Anda Barut has world-class facilities, fantastic dining, and an exceptional spa. However, guest services and front desk management fall far short of a 5-star luxury standard. Awkward Check-in: We politely turned down a swim-up upgrade for our 5th anniversary due to lack of privacy (shared pool). The staff reacted with visible shock, making us feel uncomfortable. Delays & Tone: Process took 1.5+ hours. When our room wasn't ready, staff made guilt-tripping comments ("We tried to make it special") and patronising remarks about villa prices when alternatives were discussed. Anniversary Blunders: Pre-booked anniversary decor was forgotten on the day. They decorated a day late with "Happy Birthday" balloons. Despite knowing we are Muslim, they sent alcoholic wine and offered no alternative when asked to remove it. Safety & Maintenance: The main door failed to lock automatically, leading housekeeping to leave our room wide open. Flat-floored shower routinely flooded into the hallway. Food Poisoning: Got a severe stomach bug from seafood at the Italian restaurant. On-site doctor couldn't prescribe medication and advised a remote hospital visit. Spa (10/10): Incredible therapists and world-class service. Amenities: State-of-the-art gym, huge water park, stunning beaches, and fast QR-code beach service. Smart main buffet layout and excellent patisserie. Verdict: Great hardware and spa, but poor hospitality and attention to detail.

Not a bad hotel. Not for me. Many would probably really enjoy it. Food is great. Rooms aren’t the best. Not a true 5 star hotel. Probably 4 star.
