"A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again."

We booked through the Tesco club card scheme, which on payment we couldn't use. So we paid in full. After payment we were contacted by Sykes holidays as the money went to them?? On arrival the campsite didn't recognise the info and said that we might have been scammed which was very worrying and confusing. We called the emergency number on the...
