"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....

"Property is in a good and safe location. Staff are pleasant and the breakfast is good. There are good restaurants in walking distance. The lake is beautiful to walk after dinner. There are stores walking distance near the lake for clothing and souvenirs open until 10pm."
