"We had a great Family room that has been refurbished, with a view of the pier/prom. Loads of space and really nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, with loads of choice at the buffet. If I had any criticism, it would only be that hotel bathroom designers hate people over 6ft"

The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there. The steam room and sauna were not working and pool was tiny, incredibly busy, and a little dirty."

"It was very noisy until past 10pm with activities and when arriving with our nurse old, it wasn't hugely ideal. What was good was the dark room, bath, bath mat and fridge. "
