We were here for 3 nights but could have happily stayed for 3 weeks!!! The host was wonderful, attentive yet discreet and a great communicator for both the practicalities of check in, and the finer details like restaurant recommendations and a wonderful local breakfast, we certainly ate well & Fabio was a wonderful host. The room itself was also fabulous - really well thought out, everything you could possibly need, from a fridge and wine glasses to excellent aircon and a lovely bathroom. Well...

What a wonderful find. The hotel is just 4 rooms, beautifully and carefully designed with a lot of attention to detail. Rooms are large, fantastic powerful shower and amazing mattress! Best sleep I'd had in months! Sara and Michele bought the historic building after years of experience in 5 start hotels, so you get 5 start care and attention in a beautifully designed boutique hotel. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about making your stay as comfortable as possible....

From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return.

Excellent hotel. We had a superior room which was large and had a fabulous bathroom. The views over the valley were beautiful. The staff were really nice. We enjoyed chilling on the terrace solarium when we weren't exploring the lovely old town.

Lovely stay. Hotel is beautiful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Mario was lovely and upgraded our room!

Perfect for a short break, quietly situated in lovely gardens with a pool. It felt very 'Italian' and was furnished and decorated with thought. The staff were delightful and the patron helpful and knowledgeable about local places of interest and history. We hope to return.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July. Lovely hotel in the centre of San Quirico. Beautiful grounds with lovely pool and comfy beanbags! Amazing breakfast each morning and super friendly staff. Close to the bus stop for Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano - plus some lovely walks along the camino. Only slight issue was our room had some tricky steps down to the bathroom - which meant some nervous nighttime visits!!! Would recommend the hotel.

An Incredible Terrace with the Most Amazing Views! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is beautifully restored and in a fantastic location in Pienza, just off Piazza Pio II. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with good bedding and a lovely large bathroom. The room itself was simple but very comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the terrace. The views across the Val d’Orcia are quite simply out of this world! You could sit there for hours just taking it...

Set in the heart of Val D’Orcia this presented a great base to visit the surrounding villages, Radicofani being the closest but within easy reach of other towns and the various hot springs like Bagni San Fillipo and others. Our apartment was well laid out and clean, providing all we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The only issue we had was with the TV which was rapidly resolved. What a lovely hotel in the heart of Montepulciano! The staff (I assume the family) were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely! I only stayed for one night but I wish I stayed longer.
