Our stay in Tuscany was one of our favorite parts of our entire Italy trip, and this farmhouse was a big part of what made it so special. The property is absolutely stunning. We actually extended our stay and stayed in two different rooms, and both were gorgeous, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the charming town of Montalcino, with so many wineries just a short drive away. We did a wine tour and tasting less than 10 minutes from the property. Breakfast was included and delicious, with so much variety. The grounds are beautiful as well, with gorgeous plants, a lovely pool, and even a vineyard on the property. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for two nights and had the most wonderful stay. The location and views are just incredible, Fabio was very accommodating and suggested lots of things to do in montalcino. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, the highlight of our trip in Italy!

We were here for 3 nights but could have happily stayed for 3 weeks!!! The host was wonderful, attentive yet discreet and a great communicator for both the practicalities of check in, and the finer details like restaurant recommendations and a wonderful local breakfast, we certainly ate well & Fabio was a wonderful host. The room itself was also fabulous - really well thought out, everything you could possibly need, from a fridge and wine glasses to excellent aircon and a lovely bathroom. Well equipped, quirky and clean. Ample parking, loads of private little nooks to sit and enjoy the view, gardens and pool, which was perfect and so relaxing, loads of little bees and butterflies. A great anniversary break and highly recommended.

We loved this property. Fabio did an excellent job hosting and so much of the place was designed and maintained by him. Breakfast was full of homemade pastries and were excellent. View from this place is incredible and is easy to access the rest of Montalcino and the rest of Tuscany.

A short but very-steep drive down the hill from Montalcino, Il Burellino is a postcard Tuscan hillside hideway with glorious views and brimming with character. Host Fabio hosts a memorable breakfast, including his home-baked delicacies, eggs any way you want them and excellent coffee. Our bathroom featured a unique walk-through shower, whilst the valley-view from the door was exceptional. Quiet and hosting just a few travellers, this feels like a private Tuscan villa and is highly recommended...

The room was absolutely beautiful and we just couldn't get over how stunning the scenery was from anywhere you went on the property. The perfect stay in Montalcino

Fabulous Fabio was an excellent host for our perfect stay in Montalcino. Our room was spacious, clean and it’s obvious that whoever designed it has an eye for fashion and style. The grounds and pool area is immaculate and the views from the property are absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also top notch with additional delicious homemade cakes and pies. We have zero complaints and will definitely return to Il Burellino when back in the area. We highly recommend to choose this place for your stay in Montalcino. Grazie mille, Fabio.

My wife Joanne and I stayed at this magical place on the hillside of Montalcino for three nights. Fabio was an excellent host and helpful at all times with any questions and was always up for a chat. The cakes, coffee and other breakfast selections were awesome. We also enjoyed being able to play with lily as we were missing our dog back home. We had the best stay ever here. We loved that there are only 3 rooms which creates a more intimate experience. The room and grounds were extremely well kept and clean, the pool area was just lovely and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. I dream about this place every day since we left and we will definitely be back some day.

Det er et dejligt sted, det blev gjort rent hver dag og Fabio havde skøn morgenmad klar hver morgen til os. Udsigten er fantastisk, hvor vi nød solnedgangen på en af de mange terrasser, som haven byder på. Haven er planlagt med mange steder, hvor man kan sidde og nyde blomsterne og udsigten. Poolen er helt ugenert og igen med en fantastisk udsigt. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.
