"I have been to Paris 10 times, so while I know a few places the hotel was recommended to me by a friend who has lived in Paris for 14 years (i asked for home from home and arty). I was checked in by alessandra who is absolutely lovely. All the staff are very smiley / kind and I felt very much at home from Home. Hotel is quirky, charming, absolutely spotlessly clean. The rooms are not huge (typical for Paris) but have everything you need. I was extremely happy here and will return to my new Paris home "

"I had reported an issue with the lamp above my desk twice. Nothing was done about it at all during my stay across a few nights. Otherwise, the property is very nice, clean, well taken care of. Rooms are beautiful. My room came with complimentary water and Nespresso pods. The body wash smelled very good. I had also reported an issue with how my body wash container was installed backwards making it difficult to use, and nothing was done to fix it either during my stay. Otherwise, the large screen TV and Chromecast option was brilliant."
