"Great place to stay and excellent food"

"The staff are most welcoming and helpful. They make you feel that they really care about your experience at the hotel. If I owned an hotel I would be trying to poach them."

"Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in restaurant. Nice Lochside location. Great location for visiting the nearby Dumfries House a short drive away."

"Great place to stay the staff was wonderful very helpful"

"Clare was amazing from the start. The check in process was very smooth. We had a lot of space, the fittings were of high quality but the sofa and carpet could do with being replaced. I would definitely stay here again as it was very close to the beach, which is so lovely in this part of the world, but next time we would definitely fly to Scotland!"

"A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time."

"Linda as host was absolutely fantastic - the view from our room of the sea and the sunset was gorgeous! The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and my husband loved the shower!!!!! Absolutely stay again!!!"

"The place was clean and tidy. It was extremely close to the train station and groceries. "

"Excellent location and good response from caretaker with any issues. Easy access to key entry and I appreciated the printed instructions for the heating system and the washer machine. "

"Great location and comfortable stay as always "
